Group Counseling
CPCS offers group counseling sessions to all members of the university community who are facing personal difficulties. Group counselling consists of a set number of sessions and is typically conducted in small groups. The groups are facilitated by psychologists and/or social workers from CPCS.
Within the group , members have the opportunity to get to know themselves better through meeting and interacting with others. The group provides a supportive environment that fosters interaction and the exchange of experiences, allowing members to openly express their thoughts and feelings.
Group counselling sessions are governed by the ethical guidelines applicable to mental health settings, including maintaining confidentiality, ensuring the anonymity of participants, and the conditions for waiving confidentiality, as described in detail in Article 8 of the CPCS regulations.
To participate in group counseling, you can express your interest by filling out the Beneficiary Application or follow the Activities – Events.
