Individual Counseling

Individual counselling is a structured process that involves a series of one-on-one sessions between a mental health practitioner and a client. The goal is to support the individual with their personal, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Individual sessions are conducted by appointment with the Center’s mental health specialists and last up to 45 minutes. The maximum number of sessions is set at fifteen (15).
