Mental Health Prevention Programs
CPCS implements mental health prevention and promotion initiatives for members of the university community, with the aim of raising awareness, preventing mental health issues early on, and enhancing mental well-being.
These initiatives include informational seminars, lectures, educational workshops, and webinars on topics related to mental health, prevention, and personal empowerment.
As part of these programs, experiential workshops are also held, through which participants develop skills, enhance their self-awareness, and explore how they relate to themselves and others.
For more information, please check the relevant announcements in the Actions – Events section.
CPCS is not an emergency service.
In case of immediate danger, call the emergency number 112 or go to the nearest hospital on duty in your area.
